Great location and friendly staff. the hotel offers air conditioning and Wi-Fi, both of which work pretty well. the staff is polite, courteous, and always trying to be helpful.
Rooms are pretty run-down, and cleanliness could be improved. There were stains on the walls, and the bathroom had a bad smell especially near the sink.

The location of this hotel is great since you can find several restaurants in the area around Los Cocos, which is a few blocks away. It is also very convenient to the museums, which are within walking distance to that area.
The towels provided were threadbare and not in good condition.

The TV in the room was good and there was air conditioning to keep us cool during the hot weather. The hotel was conveniently located near the farmers market and bus station. Plus, the staff was fairly friendly.
The room was pretty gross with black smudges on the walls, mildew in the bathroom, and foam-filled pillows that crumbled when we laid our heads on them. The towels were thin and had holes in them.
